STEM AWARD APPLICATION – Virginia Africa Partnership

The VAP Leadership and STEM Award Ceremony is scheduled to take place on:

May 17th 2025, 2pm – 5pm Metropolitan Richmond Main Library 101 E Franklin St, Richmond, VA 23219

The theme, “Stimulating and Sustaining STEM Entrepreneurship”

To be eligible for nomination, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Be currently enrolled as a high school senior.
Have applied to, and either been accepted or anticipate acceptance to, an accredited college with a STEM program.
Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Demonstrate involvement in community service, including activities such as church initiatives, volunteering at food banks, peer tutoring, coaching, assisting at animal shelters, participating in school teams, or engaging in individual volunteer work.

All nomination applications must be submitted by April 30, 2025.
